While we strive to use reputable providers, we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties.

4.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights in our Website and the material published on it are owned by us. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
4.2 Use of Content
You may print one copy and download extracts of any page(s) from our Website for your personal use. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed or downloaded, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
5. Services and Appointments
5.1 Service Description
Our Website provides information about our osteopathy services. The actual provision of these services is subject to a separate agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.
5.2 Appointment Booking
Any appointments made through our Website are subject to availability and confirmation by us. When booking an appointment, you will receive confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment at our discretion without liability.
5.3 Cancellation Policy
If you fail to attend a treatment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged the full cost of the missed appointment. Please note that if you are an insurance patient, any cancellation fee would be your personal responsibility, as insurance companies do not cover missed appointments or appointments cancelled without sufficient notice. We may waive cancellation charges at our discretion in cases of medical emergency or exceptional circumstances.
5.4 Payment Terms
We accept card payments only, unless alternative payment methods have been agreed in advance. Payment is required at the time of treatment. Failure to make payment at the time of treatment may result in additional administrative charges and/or refusal of future treatment until outstanding payments are settled.
5.5 Treatment Packages
All treatment packages purchased at a discounted rate must be paid for in full in advance. All treatments must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase. No refund will be given for unused portions of treatment packages.
All treatment packages are purchased with the clinic rather than with a specific practitioner. While we will try to accommodate preferences for specific practitioners, we cannot guarantee availability of any particular practitioner for the duration of a package. The clinic reserves the right to assign any appropriately qualified practitioner to deliver treatments within a package.
6. Medical Services and Patient Expectations
6.1 Practitioners
All our practitioners are fully qualified and registered with the relevant professional bodies who regulate clinical practice. In circumstances beyond our control (e.g., sickness absence), we do not guarantee continued treatment with a named practitioner. You may postpone your treatment to the next available slot with your preferred practitioner if you wish.
6.2 No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any treatments provided. Osteopathy and related therapies may have varying levels of effectiveness for different individuals.
6.3 Compliance with Treatment Plan
To achieve optimal results, you must adhere to any prescribed treatment plan, including exercises and recommendations for self-care. Failure to follow these recommendations may negatively impact treatment outcomes.
6.4 Patient Health Information
You must provide complete and accurate health information before receiving treatment. This includes any changes in your health status between appointments. Failure to disclose relevant health information could compromise treatment safety and effectiveness.
7. Medical Disclaimer
7.1 Information Purpose
The content on our Website is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to medical advice on which you should rely. You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for specific advice related to your health. Information provided on this Website is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis. Treatment recommendations are made only after a full consultation with a qualified practitioner, in accordance with the General Osteopathic Council's professional standards.
7.2 No Guarantee
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our Website.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Exclusion of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (iii) any content obtained from the Website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
8.2 Professional Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our proven negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
8.3 Patient Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any adverse effects or complications that occur as a result of your failure to disclose complete and accurate medical information. You agree to comply with all instructions and recommendations given to you regarding the care of a treated area and follow-up care. Failure to follow these instructions may impair your treatment outcome, for which we cannot accept liability.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any treatment-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of our Website and services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
